For a period of 2 years from the date of purchase,V4EVO LLC. guarantees to the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, that all V4EVO parts manufactured by V4EVO LLC. are free of material and manufacturing defects under NORMAL USE conditions. This warranty includes all parts . If under NORMAL USE conditions parts covered in this limited warranty fail, they will be replaced at no charge. Unauthorized modifications to the design or construction of V4EVO LLC. products done without the express permission of V4EVO LLC. technicians will void the limited warranty. Any warranty claims must include the return of defective parts.

RETURN POLICY

To the extent that you purchase any goods directly from us, all sales are considered final. In the event that a return is necessary due to defective parts the return is acceptable in 30 days period of delivery date without shipping costs and a restocking fee and 8% tax . valid proof with pics and video is necessary. We reserve the right to deny the return if the product shows excessive use which includes, but is not limited to, missing parts, dents or scratches, and any damage to the appearance or performance of the product.  If the package is damaged in transit by mishandling during the shipping process, the customer should contact V4EVO LLC. immediately so a claim may be filed with the shipping company and corrective measures can be taken.
